Decorations

Since there wasn't a princess bed set that we liked to go with the Princess Peach theme of the nursery we had my mother-in-law make the quilt, mobile, curtains and another blanket. We also purchased plush characters to add more to the room and crib.

Mobile

Mother-in-law made the top covers out of crown fabrics.  We purchased a box of the characters from Amazon to make the bottom part of the mobile.  We hung the characters on thin fishing line.

  1. I would love to know where you found the fabric for the center block on the quilt. We are having a little girl in September and we have been searching everywhere for Princess Peach fabric and patterns that we liked, and that was the first one we've seen that we though, "Thats the one!"

    1. I am so happy that someone is finding use in our blog. It was so hard to find idea's when creating this room for our daughter.
The princess in the quilt is actually a T-shirt that we bough on Amazon. Let me know if you'd like the link.

  2. I don't know if she would but I really do. My wife and I are expecting Halloween. And we are doing the same thing. Fingers crossed we will be buying our own home next year and trying to get everything ready and done then.
